1. CREATE YOUR WISHLIST
Browse our selection of rentals. Add the items to your wishlist and provide us with some information about your event and click submit.
2. WE WILL SEND A QUOTE
Once your wishlist is received we will check for item availability and draft you a quote. The quote will be emailed to you for you to review. If you have any questions, just reply to the email and a member of our team will respond within 24 hours!
3. RESERVE YOUR ITEMS
Once you are happy with your order, approve your quote through our online system and pay a 50% deposit. Then your items will be pulled and prepped for your big day! As your RSVP’s adjust, so can your order – we ask for final counts two weeks out. We will coordinate delivery times with you the week of the event.

Frequently Asked Questions About our Tent Rentals
When do you setup/break down the tent?
We will come to your location 1-2 days prior to the event and 1-2 days after the event depending on the weather. We will touch base the week of the event to confirm setup times. Please have the area clear so that we can set up when we arrive. Please let us know ahead of time if stairs are involved or if we have to travel more than 100 feet from the road to the location of the setup.
Where can I have my event?
We provide delivery and set up to private residences or private venues. If you would like to have your event at a public park, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and showing proof of these permits prior to delivery.
Do I have to call for a Utility mark out prior to tent installations?
Yes! We will not install a tent on grass without the site being marked. To schedule the mark out in your yard, please call at least three full business days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the day of your event. Contact New Jersey One Call at 811 or 800-272-1000 any time, day or night to scheudle the mark out. They will send someone out who will mark the site with paint, flags or stakes.
