If unexpected weather gets in the way of your plans, or you're having a last minute get together, reach out for our quick rental options to save the day. Pickup at your convenience from Butler to avoid the delivery fees and allocate those funds to other party essentials! Delivery is also available if needed for an additional charge.

13' x 13' Pop Up Tent Rental $50

Our 13' x 13' Pop Up Tent will keep you and your guests out of the sun and the rain. It comes in a compact case for easy transport in a car. It is quick to install on your own and takes just 5 minutes. It gets staked into the ground or we can provide weights for patio/driveway setups. If you rent two and put them together and you'll have 338 square feet of coverage!

White Folding Chairs $2.25 Each

Crafted with durability in mind, our white folding chairs offer both comfort and stability, ensuring your guests can relax and enjoy themselves throughout the event. Their lightweight design makes them easy to transport and set up, saving you time and effort during the party-planning process.

Our 6' solid wood table is the perfect addition for your little guests! It's great for arts and crafts or pizza and desserts. This table was designed with durability in mind, ensuring it can handle the wear and tear of active youngsters. It requires 2 people to lift it and a pickup truck for transport. Seats 10 kids.

Frequently Asked Questions About our Tent Rentals

When do you setup/break down the tent?

We will come to your location 1-2 days prior to the event and 1-2 days after the event depending on the weather. We will touch base the week of the event to confirm setup times. Please have the area clear so that we can set up when we arrive. Please let us know ahead of time if stairs are involved or if we have to travel more than 100 feet from the road to the location of the setup.

Where can I have my event?

We provide delivery and set up to private residences or private venues. If you would like to have your event at a public park, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and showing proof of these permits prior to delivery.

Do I have to call for a Utility mark out prior to tent installations?

Yes! We will not install a tent on grass without the site being marked. To schedule the mark out in your yard, please call at least three full business days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the day of your event. Contact New Jersey One Call at 811 or 800-272-1000 any time, day or night to scheudle the mark out. They will send someone out who will mark the site with paint, flags or stakes.
